About Jack
Prior to enrolling at Georgetown, Jack worked at the Education Advisory Board in Washington, D.C., and directly partnered with university leadership teams on market research and academic performance. Jack also served as a pro bono research consultant for Dreaming Out Loud, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing local communities access to healthy, sustainably-grown food. He focused on expanding the operation of their food market and curating vendors that align with the organization's mission. In his free time, Jack enjoys hiking, skiing, and writing.
Morgan Maloney

About Morgan
Morgan focuses on Farm to School and operations at FCPS Food and Nutrition Services, bringing well-grown local food to children through school meals. Prior to that, she led farm to school education programs as the Farm Education Director for the Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food & Agriculture and created the Food Learning Locator as a Food Security Initiatives Consultant for the Bainum Family Foundation. Morgan loves growing food in any space she can find and is an MBA Candidate at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
Patrick McKinney

About Patrick
Prior to coming to Georgetown, Patrick worked for McKinsey & Company, PepsiCo Latin America, and DrivenBrands. While at these companies, he held a variety of different roles in Finance, Corporate Development, Strategy, Marketing, and Operations. In his spare time, Patrick is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, scuba diving, and spearfishing.
Tierney Monahan

About Tierney
Prior to life as a Hoya, Tierney
spent eight years as an educator, community outreach specialist, and development professional at non-profits in Canada, Ecuador, Italy, and Washington, DC. She is currently enrolled in the Sustainable Business Certificate and exploring post-MBA opportunities at the intersection of sustainable agriculture and social impact. In her free time, she enjoys beekeeping, gardening, hiking, reading, and creating art.
Hannah Newburger

About Hannah
Prior to her MBA, Hannah moved to Ohio to study Financial Mathematics at The Ohio State University. Upon graduating, she began as a Quantitative Risk Management Rotational Analyst at KeyBank in Cleveland, OH and eventually moved into Small Business Banking Data Consulting. While living in Cleveland she volunteered as a mathematics ACT Tutor with an Organization called Minds Matter. Outside of school and work, Hannah enjoys hiking, embroidering, and cooking.
Hallie Sacks

About Hallie
Prior to Georgetown, Hallie worked at the World Wildlife Fund where she managed communications for USAID-funded initiatives to combat wildlife trafficking. Before joining WWF, she specialized in communications at The Nature Conservancy, focusing on Natural Climate Solutions in U.S. agriculture and serving on the Conservancy's delegation for the ratification of the Paris Agreement at the COP21 UN Climate Change Conference. When she is not working, she enjoys volunteering with DC youth, traveling, and completing her bucket list to visit every U.S. National Park.
David Soldner

About David
David began his career in aerospace supply chain and was most recently a supply chain consultant based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He also has long-term volunteer experience in education in Colombia and community economic development in Paraguay. As a Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay, he led a nationwide initiative to promote youth entrepreneurship in rural communities. Outside of work and study, he enjoys coaching athletics, reading, and language learning.
Elizabeth Sukut

About Lizzie
Before attending Georgetown, Lizzie was a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. Senate leading on small business, banking, and government procurement policy for Senator Tammy Duckworth. During her time in the Senate, she led policy negotiations on the expansion of the Small Business Administration's microloan program and successfully included three amendments in the Senate version of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2021.
Saurabh Valecha

About Saurabh
Saurabh studied engineering at IIT Kanpur and after graduation worked with Oil and Gas service company Schlumberger as Field Engineer in India and the Middle East. Later, he pivoted to the development sector and joined Pratham, one of India’s largest NGOs. At Pratham, he focused on sustainable and innovative projects in vocational training and started a rural entrepreneurship program for underprivileged youth, providing skilling and entitlements to migrant laborers and vocational training programs for women. Saurabh has also worked in SE Asia on a UNDP project.
Sam Winer

About Sam
Prior to Georgetown, Sam worked for several non-profit organizations focussing on education and leadership development. He first worked as a member of the development team for Hand in Hand: Centre for Jewish-Arab Education in Israel. Following that, he worked for the United Jewish Appeal of Greater Toronto as the program manager of a post high school volunteer and leadership development program.
