Bennett Haynes is a MBA evening student (MBA '21) passionate about sustainable food systems and regenerative agriculture. While at Georgetown, Bennett has completed coursework in the Sustainable Business and Nonmarket Strategy Certificates and is an MBArk Scholar, a program connecting MBA students to the natural products industry. At ROI, Bennett has been able to pursue his interest in finance and is working with Matt McKenna and Open Prairie on research and analysis of new investment opportunities.
Bennett began his career working with Fair Trade rice cooperatives in northeastern Thailand and is the founder of Ralston Farm, an organic produce farm business. He also serves on the board of the Foundation for Farmworkers, supporting migrant farmworker families. Prior to Georgetown, Bennett was the director of produce and specialty ingredient sourcing for Jose Andres ThinkFoodGroup.
